Orders are processed and shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post services. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically dispatched within 0–7 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, or as per the delivery timeline communicated during order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping destination, courier partner operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Shine & Rise is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier partner within the committed processing timeline.

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Once your order is shipped, delivery confirmation and tracking details will be shared via your registered email address or mobile number.
