Returns and Exchange

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• All tags, certificates, and invoices must be intact

Once your return is approved and received:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

Exchanges

If you feel another piece aligns better with your strength, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

You can request an exchange if:

• The request is made within 5 days of delivery
• The item is unused and in original condition

Exchange options include:

• Choosing a different design
• Selecting a different size (for rings)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective
• Customized or personalized jewellery
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images along with your order details

We will ensure a prompt replacement or resolution.
